Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund within 30 days.

If you would like a credit or exchange you have an extended period of 60 days. If you would like an exchange, we offer FREE exchanges (for mainland UK orders only). This does not include SALE items.

Skates may be tried indoors on a clean, suitable surface to check the fit. Please do not skate in them outdoors if you are considering returning them, as signs of use may affect your eligibility for a return.

Outdoor use: Skates that have been used outdoors cannot normally be returned for a change of mind, as outdoor use can leave marks, scratches, dirt or other signs of wear.

Faulty goods: If your skates develop a fault or arrive faulty, please contact us. Faulty goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, and we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

Please return skates in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories where possible.

You will find a returns form and instructions included with your delivery. Your parcel can be collected from you or you can drop it into a local drop shop to save you waiting in.

Items returned for a refund are covered at your own expense. We recommend Royal Mail as they now collect from you and can bring the label: Royal Mail Send.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

International Returns

Apologies, we cannot cover costs to send out replacement items to international destinations. If you would like to exchange items, you will be contacted with a request to cover the shipping costs to get the replacement to you.

If your item is returned for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount of the order, minus the shipping costs paid.

POLITE NOTICE: Please do not return skates which have been used or tested. We are unable to accept returns showing any signs of this. If we receive an item that we consider used, we will need to request the cost of returning it to you.
